Xiamen Zhong Li Da Machinery Co., Ltd, since its establishment in 2013, has been deeply engaged in the field of precision connector accessories manufacturing. After more than 10 years of development, it has achieved certain achievements in the industry. The company is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, with a total area of about 8,000 square meters, more than 100 employees, and about 130 sets of equipment.

As a professional supplier of precision connector accessories, Zhong Li Da focuses on providing high-quality precision metal parts products for new energy vehicles, rail transit, aerospace, industrial electronics and electrical appliances, and industrial automation equipment. We have obtained IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system double certification, as well as a number of patent certificates, demonstrating the excellence and reliability of product quality.

Zhong Li Da is equipped with advanced production equipment, including Swiss imported Asko, 8 Japanese imported Star, Tsunaga, Citizen heart-cutting machine, Miyano turret milling and turning compound machine, high-precision automatic lathe, 6-station forming machine, etc. Inspection equipment includes Hexagon three-coordinate, Keyence, two-dimensional projector, material composition testing spectrometer, hardness tester, optical microscope, concentricity measuring instrument, CCD automatic detection machine, salt tester and other professional testing instruments to fully meet customers' professional needs for high-quality products. Our company is committed to achieving intelligent manufacturing, and has now established a complete MES production management, quality control and after-sales service system to meet the diversified needs of customers.

Development History

2013

The company was established with an initial capital of 1 million yuan and leased a 1000-square-meter factory for the production of sports equipment parts, small appliance parts, and industrial control parts.

2017

Relocated to a 3500-square-meter standard factory, obtained ISO9001 certification, invested 20 million yuan in advanced equipment, and established a foreign trade department and obtained import and export rights.

2020

With IATF16949 certification, the company has expanded from its original focus on industrial parts to the more technically demanding field of automotive parts, with automotive parts accounting for 35% of its business.

2023

Established a cold heading division, expanded the factory to 8000 square meters, increased equipment to 130 units, invested in a plating plant and automated equipment to further improve quality.

2024

ISO14001 certification and the introduction of the MES system have increased annual output value to 100 million, marking the company's entry into a stage of efficient, green, and sustainable development.
